My PDF Toolkit (“we”, “our”) is a free PDF toolkit operated by Mannu Yadav. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and related store apps that wrap this site.

1. Core principle: your PDFs stay on your device

PDF and document files you select are processed in your browser (or the app WebView) on your device. We do not operate a file-upload API for core tools. Files are not sent to our servers for merge, split, compress, watermark, annotate, OCR, or similar operations.

Your files never leave your browser — no uploads, no server storage.

2. What we do not collect from your documents

We do not store the contents of your PDFs on our servers.
We do not sell your documents or use them to train AI models.
We do not require an account to use the tools.

3. Technical data that may be collected

Like most websites, our hosting provider (e.g. Vercel) may automatically receive standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to read your PDF contents.

If we add optional analytics later, we will update this page and prefer privacy-respecting settings. Store listings (Google Play / Microsoft Store) Data safety forms will match this policy.

4. Permissions in store apps

Android or Windows packages that wrap this site may request permissions only when a feature needs them (for example, camera access for Scan to PDF). You can deny permissions; related features simply will not work.

5. Downloads and local storage

Processed files are generated as downloads or blobs in your browser memory. Clearing your browser data removes temporary objects. We do not keep a cloud copy.

6. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Third-party links

Links to external sites (for example the creator portfolio) are governed by their own policies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
